Once you sign the Franchise Agreement and officially become a fab'rik Franchisee, our Corporate team will begin the on-boarding and training processes. Covering everything from store build-out to operational training and inventory setup, you and your team will be perfectly prepared for your opening day.
First things first, we will review the overall timeline and all the upcoming to-do's leading up to your store opening.
Once a week, new Franchisees will have a touch base call with the Corporate Training Team. Topics discussed include: business setup, hiring in-store team members, local marketing and report setup.
New Franchise Owners are required to complete 2 weeks of in-store training at a store of fab'rik Corporate's choosing, prior to your store's opening week, in order to gain hands on experience and learn directly from an experienced store team.
Franchise owners will come to the fab'rik corporate office for training. During this visit, they will get to know the corporate team, review aesthetics through an in-store tour and learn the daily operations, inventory, marketing and merchandising processes.
The week of your grand opening, the corporate training team will come to your location to support setup, operations and training. We will celebrate alongside you, and ensure complete confidence in your entire store operation.
Don't worry, once we leave we are still there to support you! The corporate team will be an on-going resource helping to track store progress, operations, inventory and marketing.
